I placed my first order with Action Graphics today and the experience was first class! From the moment I called (in a panic because I needed my board packets printed and bound hours before I was going to fly out to my meeting) the team at Action took care of me. Asking the right questions, ensuring we had the best quality and even delivering the binders. Great service - it may have been my first order, but it's definitely not going to be my last. Action Graphics did a wonderful job on my truck wrap. The quote was very reasonable and the turn around time on completing the work was incredible. I have had the truck back for only 3 weeks and the wrap has already paid for itself. Within the 3 weeks I have had well over 10+ people call or contact me due to seeing the graphics. Great work and I have already done repeat business with an order of door hangers that turned out perfect. 10/10 would recommend.

I have worked with the Action Graphics team for the last seven years through my role as Director of Development at Horizon Home Care & Hospice. After starting my own business recently, and working with other small business clients, I was horrified to learn of the lack of service and communication we receive from other print companies. No matter the size of my job or what kind of crazy deadline I have looming, Raph and his team always come through on time, under budget, and with a cool, calm smile. They produce excellent quality print products for standard things like letterhead, business cards and direct marketing, but they're also willing to sit down and discuss how to make you more effective as a business owner - recommending uncommon solutions while considering budgets and human resources. I would recommend Action Graphics to anyone, from small, independently-owned businesses to non-profits to large corporations. You'll never find service that parallels theirs. I came to Kris when I needed a flyer made for our business. The communication and turn around were great, and the price ended up coming in at almost half of the competition. So far, we have done two flyers and are working on some product labels. I can't say enough good things about these guys, but right now I need to get back to work because of all the new business.

Action Graphics really won me over between their high quality printing services, and above average customer service. They have been attentive, quick, and they really seem to understand the printing industry. I attended their open house and was able to see the printing machines and talk to the staff. They seemed passionate about doing a good job every time, and I even learned why our last printer ended up with the mistakes that they did! We'll be a regular customer from now on!
